摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine capable of preventing the delay of fuel feeding relative to an increase of a load. SOLUTION: In the engine, a throttle valve 7 is interlocked and connected to a mechanical governor, an intake amount is adjusted based on an opening of the throttle valve 7, and a fuel in an amount corresponding to the intake amount is fed from a fuel feeding means to intake air. The annular inner peripheral surface of a predetermined width at the periphery of the throttle valve 7 of the inner peripheral surface of a throttle intake passage 6 is made to be a valve periphery inner peripheral surface 6d, an annular inner peripheral surface adjacent to the valve periphery inner peripheral surface 6d is made to be an adjacent inner peripheral surface 6e, and the remotest portion from a valve stem 12 of the throttle valve 7 is made to be a pivot end 7a. The adjacent inner peripheral surface 6e is made to be a shape that a passage cross section area becomes gradually large as it is left from the end edge 6f of the valve periphery inner peripheral surface 6d, and the pivot end 7a of the throttle valve 7 becoming a full-closure attitude 7c at low speed light load operation is pivoted in the adjacent inner peripheral surface 6e.
