PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a present Western-style flush toilet bowl structured to sit on a seat to relieve oneself, which differs greatly from a physiological situation in which a man urinates because a way of standing up to relieve himself is common as the male life principle when the man has a desire to urinate, thereby requiring extra labor without easily getting along with work. SOLUTION: When using the Western-style toilet bowl 1 as a urinal 2 for male, the conventional Western-style toilet bowl 1 and the urinal 2 for male are integrated to improve into a method for the man to stand up to relieve himself. As the seat 3 is moved to open/close to the left or right toward the toilet bowl, the toilet bowl is quickly changed into the urinal 2 for male to make it easy for the man to relieve himself.
