PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oversupply of game balls to a replenishing path or wasteful idling operations when an upper tank has no balls, in a game ball lifting device in which an upper tank storage is placed lower than the replenishing path, and game balls are lifted from the upper tank bottom to the replenishing path to be discharged. SOLUTION: This game machine, including conveyed game ball sensors 72L and 72R for detecting game balls on a replenishing path 50, and upper tank sensors 71L and 71R for detecting game balls in a upper tank 13, controls the operation of a motor 24 for rotating a lifting belt 21 of a game ball lifting device 20 according to the ball detection results by these sensors.
