PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser for monitoring content in a container. SOLUTION: The dispenser includes a lever 16 engaged with a holder which when depressed, releases a portion of the content in the container. The dispenser uses a tracker engaged with the lever to count the number of times of dispensing and indicates with an indicator how much content is remaining in the container.
