PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball shooting device in which game balls do not enter the rear side of a delivery lever even if a shooting structure of delivering and shooting the game balls is employed, and a game machine. SOLUTION: The game ball shooting device is equipped with the delivery lever 25 of which one end is connected to the drive shaft 22 of a rotary solenoid 20 and the free end extending toward the other end side letting one end as a rotation fulcrum faces on a lower guide rail 36, and which allows rotation from a delivery waiting position A1 waiting for ball delivery to a delivery termination position A2 where the ball delivery terminates, and a detection sensor S for detecting that the delivery lever 25 is waiting at the delivery waiting position A1.
