ANIMAL LARGE INTESTINE-TREATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal large intestine-treating apparatus which can reduce the loads of a worker in a process for treating animal large intestines and can treat the intestines in high productivity. SOLUTION: This animal large intestine-treating apparatus comprises a guide tool 1 extended in an obliquely upper direction or in a horizontal direction and comprising a guide member 11 for correcting the cross section of an intestinal tract into an oblong shape and a water supply nozzle 12 disposed in the tip end portion of the guide member 11; a crude fat-removing mechanism 2 comprising a pair of rotary round blades 21, 21 and a lower side rotary round blade 22 for separating intestinal tracts from fats and disposed to surround the tip end portion of the guide member 11; an intestinal tract-conveying mechanism 3 for nipping and simultaneously forcibly conveying the intestinal tract from the front portion of the guide member 11 to the rear portion; and an intestinal tract-cutting mechanism 4 for cutting and opening the intestinal tract conveyed with the intestinal tract-conveying mechanism 3.
