The gearbox comprises: a first, inner, input shaft (10) which carries a first and a second driving gear wheel (21, 23) associated with the odd gears (I, III, V) and the reverse gear (R); a second, outer, input shaft (12) which is disposed coaxially with the first and carries a third and a fourth driving gear wheel (22, 24) associated with the even gears (II, IV, VI); a first output shaft (17) which carries a first driven gear wheel (31) meshing with the first driving gear wheel (21) to form the first gear (I), a second driven gear wheel (35) meshing with the second driving gear wheel (23) to form the fifth gear (V) and a third driven gear wheel (36) meshing with the fourth driving gear wheel (24) to form the sixth gear (VI); and a second output shaft (19) which carries a fourth driven gear wheel (37) meshing with the first driven gear wheel (31) to form the reverse gear (R), a fifth driven gear wheel (33) meshing with the second driving gear wheel (23) to form the third gear (III), a sixth driven gear wheel (32) meshing with the third driving gear wheel (22) to form the second gear (II) and a seventh driven gear wheel (34) meshing with the fourth driving gear wheel (24) to form the fourth gear (IV).
