A multilayer upper first foil (11) is made from a lower polyethylene (PE) film (111), a nylon film (113) applied onto it and an aluminum coating (112) applied to the nylon film. A multilayer lower second foil (12) is made from an upper PE film (121), a nylon film (123) applied under it and an aluminum coating (122) applied to an underside of the nylon film. There is a valve (20) at a point where the lower and upper PE films of the first and second foils connect. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a foil balloon.
