The device (1) has a connecting pipe formed by a flexible conduit element (3) with a conduit axis (30) that is curved in a direction of passage. Pipe connecting parts (2) are connected with each other by supporting sections (41, 42) of a spherical swivel support (4). The support is formed by gimbal mounting of the supporting sections such that the section (42) is pivotably supported relative to the section (41) about two pivot axes (Sy, Sz) , which is perpendicular to each other. The axes are arranged in such a manner that the conduit element is secured against skewing around its conduit axis.
