An FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) is provided to improve an ESD(Electro Static Discharge) characteristic by directly connecting a conductive paint to a copper foil through holes formed on a cover lay and a stiffener. An FPCB includes a base layer(300), a cover lay(308), a stiffener(310), at least one hole(332), and a copper foil(302). The copper foil is formed on the base layer. The cover lay is adhered on the copper foil by an adhesive(306). The at least one hole is formed in corresponding positions of the cover layer and the stiffener and injected with a conductive paint. The conductive paint is connected to the copper foil through the hole. The hole is a closed curve including a triangle, a square, and a hexagon.
