<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid battery with a large capacity superior in charge and discharge characteristics and electron conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The all-solid battery 1 includes a solid electrolyte body 2 containing a solid electrolyte, a positive electrode layer 3 which is arranged in the solid electrolyte body 2 and contains a positive electrode active material, and a negative electrode layer 4 which is arranged in the solid electrolyte body 2 and has a negative electrode active material.
