<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which an imaging direction is changed based on time so as to optimally control focus and exposure under a changed photographing condition, and to change the application form of a picked-up image synchronously with the change of the imaging direction. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is equipped with an imaging direction control means for controlling to change the imaging direction by a camera at an arbitrary time by managing the time, and a means for adjusting a focal position and an exposure value in accordance with the imaging direction. By preparing camera parameters such as the imaging direction, the focal position and the exposure value or the like in accordance with a time zone and weather in advance, AF control and AE control are facilitated.
