<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively seal two valve seats formed between three ports by one poppet type valve member. <P>SOLUTION: The pilot type three-port valve includes: the three ports 3, 4, 5; the two valve seats 6, 7 formed concentrically in a flow passage connecting the three ports 3, 4, 5 and facing each other; the poppet type valve member 8 disposed between the both valve seats 6, 7 for opening and closing the both valve seats 6, 7; and a pilot operation part 2 for performing opening and closing operations of the valve member 8 via a rod 22. Seat surfaces 6a, 7a of the two valve seats 6, 7, and first and second seal surfaces 8a, 8b of the valve member 8 are formed into flat surfaces, and the valve member 8 is mounted coaxially with a tip end of the rod 22 and with tiltable flexibility with respect to the axis of the rod 22 to thereby enhance sealing performance of the both valve seats 6, 7 by the valve member 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
