PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and a communication device which can perform power supply and communication using a power supply line whose impedance is low at a time of non-communication time since bypass capacitors are connected to the power supply line. SOLUTION: A direct current power source is supplied from a power supply circuit 400 to a load side circuit 500 using a power source line 450, and appearance impedance from a transmission side is increased in a resonant frequency which is decided by a bypass capacitor 452 which absorbs noise of a power source of the power source line 450 near the load side circuit 500 and a reactance circuit which is composed of an inductor 503 and a capacitor 504 which are prepared inside of the load side circuit 500. In the condition, a predetermined frequency of superposed signal is decided near the resonant frequency in the power supply circuit 400; a signal of the predetermined frequency is superposed on the power source line 450, and the signal of the predetermined frequency superposed on the power supply line 450 is detected in the load side circuit 500.
