PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable warm-water washing and heating toilet system capable of immediately ejecting warm water when a user desires to comfortably wash his/her hands and comfortably wash his/her private parts. SOLUTION: This warm-water washing and heating toilet system comprises: a warm water supply means 20 which is provided with a low temperature-side warm-water storage means 22 equipped with a heating means and storing the prescribed warm water, a high temperature-side warm-water storage means 21 equipped with a heating means and storing the high-temperature warm water, an inflow-side switching means 1 for switching a flow into a flow flowing into/flowing out from either of the means 21 and 22, and an outflow-side switching means 2; a heating means 60 for heating a toilet seat 43 by the warm water flowing out from the means 2; washing means 40 and 50 for washing the parts of the body by the warm water; and a main switching means 30 for switching the flow of the warm water into either of the heating means 60 and the washing means 40 and 50. The warm water in the means 22 is discharged by the washing means 40 and 50, and returned to the means 22 by the heating means 60; and the warm water in the means 21 is returned to the means 21 through the heating means 60.
