PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide trousers with a pelvis-support band with which a pelvis-support band can be easily worn while surrounding the periphery of the pelvis of a wearer without being so much affected by her (his) body type, her (his) body shape and the like. SOLUTION: The trousers with a pelvis-support band includes a trouser main body 1, and a stretchable circular pelvis support band 3' which is disposed inside the trouser main body 1, the upper end part 31' of which is connected to a trouser main body inner peripheral part (e.g. the inner peripheral part of a trouser main body wearing opening 11) to be suspended, and the lower end part 32' of which comprises a free lower end part: wherein the band 3' is disposed at the human body portion corresponding to the pelvis upper end part of the human body, or the human body part just above the human body part so as to be wearable surrounding the periphery of the human body pelvis.
