PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily drive a nail without damaging even the narrow portion of a member to be driven. SOLUTION: In this driving tool, an end member 17 slidable along a nose part 4 is attached to the end of a contact arm 15 attached to the lower part of a tool body 2 vertically movably along the injection part of the nose part 4 for driving a nail, having an end projecting from the end of the nose part 4, and making effective the operation of trigger for starting by upwardly moving relative to the nose part 4 during the driving. A pair of square parts 19 disposed on both sides of the nose part 4 and brought into direct contact with the member to be driven are made to project from the end side of the end member 17.
