PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a grinding capacity by less number of precuts while well dressing even in a grinding wheel formed of super abrasive grains. SOLUTION: This dresser board 50 comprises: the abrasive grains 50a smaller in particle size than the abrasive grains of a grinding wheel; and pores 50c having random diameters including the sizes at least larger than the particle sizes of a cutting wheel and occupying the porosity of 40-60%. With this dresser board, the grinding surface of a grinding wheel formed by fixing the abrasive grains having a particle size of 5μm or smaller with a bonding material is dressed.
