PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for games (ball dispensing unit and putout unit) which prevents fractions of value below the minimum unit value in available values left even when a game is stopped halfway by using up not all of available values usable for the dispensing of game media. SOLUTION: The unit dispensing prossing, as carried out by the ball dispensing unit, for dispensing Pachinko balls (120) equivalent to the predetermined unit dispensing value (500 yen including tax) has the first dispensing processing which puts out and dispenses the Pachinko balls from a Pachinko game machine involved confined to the number (100) corresponding to a unit number of Pachinko balls (25) to be put out in the dispensation from the Pachinko game machine and the second dispensing processing which puts out the Pachinko balls from a ball putout device of the putout unit provided together confined to a fractional number of balls (20) below a unit number of Pachinko balls.
