PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable games for blocking the fraudulence when detected by detecting a so-called solenoid tampering (fraudulence). SOLUTION: The game machine with a winning lottery means which carries out a lottery from a signal from a start switch to determine winning from the result of the lottery is provided with a random number value monitoring device which compares the random number value for lottery extracted with the random number value extracted before to detect that the random number value the same as or approximate to previous one is extracted from the result of the comparison. When the random number value is the same or approximate continuously, the fraudulence is determined (YES at S5). With the determination of the fraudulence, an operation shaft load changing mechanism for altering the position (detected moving value) at which a sensor of the start switch is turned on is driven to shift the timing of turning on the start switch (S6).
