PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mahjong ball game machine which enables the easier identification of self drawn tiles selected utilizing special ball entry ports from those by game balls entering other ball entry ports. SOLUTION: The mahjong ball game machine is provided with opening slots validated in a special game, the special ball entry ports which are opened with the passage of the game balls shot by a self drawn tile operation means through the opening slots and a self drawn tile selection means by which any tiles can be selected as self drawn tiles each time the game balls enter the special ball entry ports. The figures of the self drawn tiles selected by the self drawn tile selection means are displayed on a hand tile display part of a display device in aspects different from those of the figures of the self drawn tiles by the game balls entering other ball entry ports and those of the figures of the hand tiles at the time of distribution.
