A method of packing of small carcasses of chickens provides for placing of small carcass into the polyethylene packet, thermo-shrinkage and delivery to the user. Food grid is put on the prepared, cooled small carcass of chicken, having preliminarily fastened extremities crisscross, after which small carcass in the grid is placed into the barrier packet, the air is pumped out from the packet on the vacuum clipping device, where the packet is simultaneously clipped and the excess part of the packet is cut off, special hook is fastened, the packet is put into the tank for thermo-shrinkage in the hot water, after thermo-shrinkage a small carcass in the vacuum packet is packed into the transport corrugated container and sent to the store for user; moreover the temperature of water in the bath is not less than 92-, and the duration of thermo-shrinkage is not less than 2-3 seconds. |
