APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ZERO SLUDGE OF ORGANIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT OF HIGH CONCENTRATION

An apparatus and a method for treatment of high concentration organic wastewater without leaving sludge are provided to reduce treatment cost of high concentration organic wastewater and degrade the recalcitrant high concentration organic wastewater by simultaneously performing a Fenton reaction of a portion of recalcitrant high concentration organic wastewater that has not been degraded in an ATAD(Autothermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion) tank and irradiating light onto the recalcitrant high concentration organic wastewater. In a high concentration organic wastewater treatment apparatus for reducing the volume of the high concentration organic wastewater by degrading high concentration organic wastewater, an apparatus for treatment of high concentration organic wastewater without leaving sludge comprises: concentration equipment(11) for concentrating incoming high concentration wastewater such that a solid content of high concentration organic wastewater in the high concentration wastewater becomes a reference solid content; an autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion tank(13) for degrading the high concentration organic wastewater with the reference solid content flown in from the concentration equipment by using the high concentration organic wastewater as feed of a microbial agent; a filter(15) for filtering the high concentration organic wastewater that has been degraded by the autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion tank to separate solids and liquid from the high concentration organic wastewater and concentrate the high concentration organic wastewater; a Photo-Fenton reactor(17) for simultaneously performing a Fenton reaction of a portion of the concentrated high concentration organic wastewater flown in from the filter and irradiating light onto the concentrated high concentration organic wastewater to decompose recalcitrant high concentration organic wastewater, and returning the decomposed recalcitrant high concentration organic wastewater to the autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion tank again; and a microcomputer(19) that controls an overall operation of reducing the volume of the high concentration organic wastewater by decomposing the high concentration organic wastewater. Further, the microbial agent is Bacillus stearothermophilus.
