A system for continuously adhering a filtration member for a filter is provided to improve operation efficiency by performing supply of an adhesive and joining of joints continuously, increase the extent of adhesion completion by directly pressing joints using an adhesive, and increase the extent of product completion by supplying the adhesive to the joints smoothly. A system for adhering a filtration member for a filter comprises a guide part(100) having guide rails which receive a body of the filtration member and provide a space for transferring the filtration member continuously, and an adhesion part(200) positioned above the guide part to adhere the joint by applying an adhesive to joints of the filtration member. The adhesion part includes an inserting part(210) which causes the filtration member to move forward while the joints of the filtration member are inserted into the inserting part, an adhesive supply part(220) positioned next to the inserting part to inject the adhesive to the joints moved through the inserting part, and a joint pressing part(230) positioned next to the adhesive supply part to press the adhesive-injected joints to each other. The inserting part includes a first inserting roller(211) and a second inserting roller which rotatably contact with each other. The system comprises a separation guide part(300) formed between the inserting part and the adhesive supply part. Further, an adjusting part(400) for adjusting arrangement of the guide part and the adhesion part is additionally comprised in the system.
