A cutter for cutting a coupling for connecting a hydraulic rubber hose is provided to cut a great deal of couplings in a short time. A cutter for cutting a coupling for connecting a hydraulic rubber hose comprises a coupling unit(210) at the rear end portion thereof and a tool member(220) at the front end portion thereof. The tool member extends from the rear end portion while being integrally formed with the coupling unit. A cutting blade unit(230) is formed between the coupling unit and the tool member and has anti-cutting grooves(240) are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the tool member in the longitudinal direction of the tool member so that only coupling protrusions of a coupling are not cut. The cutting blade unit is straightly formed in the outer peripheral surface of the tool member in the longitudinal direction of the tool member.
