A continuous aggregate crushing and mixing apparatus is provided to increase the particle form improvement and mixing efficiency of aggregates by installing plural crushing plates and crushing chambers for crushing and wearing out aggregates while bumping aggregates against each other, at the inner peripheral surface of a body. A continuous aggregate crushing and mixing apparatus(50) is composed of a body(51) having a guide input port(52a) and a guide discharging port(52b) formed at the upper and lower parts in order to pour and discharge aggregates and mixed materials by collecting the aggregates and the mixed materials to the center, and crushing plates(51b) installed at both inner peripheral surfaces; a shaft installed to rotate horizontally across the inside of the body, and combined with a pulley at one side and joined with a rotating wheel on the opposite side; plural crushing blades(53) radially installed at the shaft and arranged at regular intervals; a motor(54) providing driving power for rotating the shaft at high speed; and a water supply pipe(56) equipped with plural spraying nozzles for jetting the water or an emulsifying agent to the aggregates and mixed materials mixed in the body, as fine particles.
