A digital broadcasting transmitting method, a transmitting system thereof, a digital broadcasting receiving method, a receiver thereof, a digital broadcasting service method and a service system thereof are provided to supply contents guide information according to a priority, thereby improving transmission efficiency of the contents guide data and reducing loads of a network and a receiver. An SD&S(Service Discovery & Selection) server(140) transmits information about a service discovery and selection according to a request. A BCG(Broadband Contents Guide) server(150) transmits stored contents guide data to a receiver(100), accessed by using the information about the service discovery and selection, according to a priority of data. The information about service discovery and selection includes access information by the priority of the contents guide data.
