NSAPI Allocation for MBMS

The method and apparatus described herein enables a mobile station to subscribe to a larger number of multi-cast services than provided by a conventional wireless network. The network establishes a multi-cast communication session and allocates a NSAPI to the communication session during a data transfer phase. Subsequently, the network transmits the multi-cast data during the established communication session.
