A coating and a method for obtaining that with gradient porous structure on stent metal surface, comprising the application of a material with chansable parameters of open porosity on stent where material is applicated in one stage on metal surface by electron-beam evaporation and precipitated of material from vapor phase, at that common by and simultaneously precipitated of metal vapor stream, selected from the group Fe, Ni, Cr, Ті or alloys on their base, and vapor stream of salt, selected from the group NaCl, KC1, NaF, LiCl or their mixes, is ratio of salt/metal continuously or discretely changed from 0 to 30 % in the process for vapor precipitation on stent surface which is heated to temperature of melting of mentioned salt or a mix thereof. |
