PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MODIFIED EPOXY COMPOSITE COATING

摘要

A process for the preparation of modified epoxy composite coating consists in application to metallic substrate of adhesive layer followed by polymerization thereof. Thereafter a surface layer is applied with subsequent coating curing. The adhesive layer is preliminarily treated in magnetostatic field and thermally treated at temperature of Т=323±2 К for τ=1.5-2.0 hours. Then preliminarily modified with electrodischarge machining surface layer is applied with subsequent coating curing at temperature of Т=293-298 for τ=72-76 hours.
