A burner utilizing refuse plastic fuel and refuse derived fuel is provided to enhance the performance of ignition flame by allowing air supplied from a blower to be concentrated on the center of the burner. A burner comprises a fuel convey screw(40) for discharging solid fuel, an input pipe(20) connected to a discharge port(15) of the fuel convey screw, a screw(30) provided below the input pipe, a body(10) having a plurality of air holes(12a) and an ignition hole(12c), an air feeding unit(100) for feeding air to the body, an ignition burner(200) for assisting initial combustion of the fuel and a driving unit(300) for rotating the screw. The input pipe stores liquid fuel by melting the solid fuel using heat of the ignition burner. The input pipe and the screw are installed in the body.
