ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An organic light emitting diode display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a lifetime by receiving a reverse bias. An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate(110), first electrodes(PE), an organic light emitting layer(EL), and a plurality of second electrodes(CE). A plurality of unit pixels are defined on the substrate in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction. The first electrodes are formed on the substrate to correspond to the unit pixels. The organic light emitting layer is formed on the first electrodes to correspond to the unit pixels. The second electrodes are formed on the substrate with the organic light emitting layer and extended to cover the unit pixels arranged in a line in any one of the first direction and the second direction.
