A fluent powder and a collision electrification type of electronic paper display device including the same are provided to reduce condensation between powders by enabling an organic/inorganic hybrid aerogel layer to surround the whole core powder, and improve durability by increasing stability of external additive by a high specific surface area. A fluent powder(20) comprises a core powder(21) including high polymer resin, and an organic/inorganic hybrid aerogel layer(22) surrounding an outer side of the core powder. An average power size of the core power is about 0.5~30mum. A specific surface area of the organic/inorganic hybrid aerogel layer is about 100~1500m2/g. The organic/inorganic hybrid aerogel layer includes organic/inorganic hybrid silica aerogel of a three dimensional network structure. |
