<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube with a closing membrane in which wrong operation is prevented capable of boring the closing membrane with the operation of a one-touch cap. <P>SOLUTION: In the tube with a closing membrane in which the wrong operation is prevented, a cover body 3a is connected to a cover body base part 3b at a hinge part 8, and the cover body 3a is freely opened and closed at the hinge part 8 as a fulcrum. In the tube, a cylinder body 5 in which a female screw for screwing with a male screw of a mouth part 4 of a tube container body 1 is formed is provided inside the cover body base part 3b, and a stylus body 6 having a plurality of holes 6a on its side face is formed in a top face part of the cylinder body 5. The cylinder body 5 and the stylus body 6 are moved down while screwing with the male screw of the mouth part 4 by rotating a one-touch cap 3, and a closing membrane 2 of the tube container body 1 is bored by the stylus body 6. Also, a plurality of window splines 7 formed at the lower end of the cylinder body 5 are bent along a shoulder part 9a of an inside cap body 9 and are expanded outward radially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
