The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a front top cover for a motor scooter as shown in the drawings; the front top cover is generally symmetrical and has a pair of wing-like areas which extend outwards and rearwards and the upper surface thereof has straight inner edges which converge forwards to a curved end area to form a rounded V-shaped open area between the wing-like areas; the sides of the V-shaped open area below the upper surface of the wing-like areas has inwardly projecting areas which have a saw tooth-like appearance in front and top views; the outer edges of the wing-like areas diverge rearwards to the rear ends of the front top cover; the smooth curved top surfaces of the wing-like areas slope downwards and forwards and merge smoothly into the front surface of a central front area of the front top cover; the central front area slopes downwards and rearwards and has side edges which extend downwards and inwards in front elevation view and the upper ends of the side edges of the central front area merge through outwardly curved areas in front view into the outer edges of the wing-like areas.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of a front top cover for a motor scooter;Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
