An internal antenna using heterogeneous dielectrics and an internal antenna module using the same are provided to change electric resonance lengths of low and high frequency band radiators freely by operating first and second radiators of a pattern unit in heterogeneous dielectrics with different dielectric constants respectively. An internal antenna includes an upper carrier(100), an upper auxiliary carrier(200), and a pattern unit(300). The upper carrier is made of a dielectric with a high dielectric constant. The upper auxiliary carrier is made of a dielectric with a low dielectric constant at an outer circumferential surface of the upper carrier. The pattern unit includes a first radiator, a second radiator, and a feed line. The first radiator is formed on the upper carrier. The second radiator is formed on the upper auxiliary carrier. The feed line feeds a signal to the first and second radiators.
