A photosensitive resin composition for forming a color filter of a display device is provided to realize high-quality image after light irradiation, and to form a photospacer having an improved tapered shape. A photosensitive resin composition comprises a polymerizable compound, a crosslinkable binder and a photopolymerization initiator represented by the following formula I, wherein the photopolymerization initiator is present in an amount of 4-12 wt% based on the weight of the polymerizable compound. In formula I, each of R1 and R2 is H, alkyl, aryl, or a group represented by the formula of I-A or I-B; or R1 and R2 optionally form a heterocyclic ring containing non-metal atoms together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached; R3 is H, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy; W is halogen; each of X and Y is Cl or Br; and each of m and n is 0, 1 or 2. In formulae I-A and I-B, each of R5, R6 and R7 is alkyl or aryl. |
