A hair cutter is provided to speed up a hair cutting process by moving a combing device in a casing, combing the hairs, and arranging the hairs to the cutting device without using a separate comb. A hair cutter comprises hollow casings(110,120), a cutting device(200), a combing device(300), and a power supply part. An inlet is formed on one side of the hollow casings. The cutting device is vibrated in the hollow part of the casing to cut hairs passing through the inlet. The combing device, which is moved in the casing two-dimensionally, combs the hairs and arranges the hairs to the cutting device. The power supply part supplies power for operation of the cutting device and the combining device. The cutting device includes mount pieces(210) mounted on the inner sides of the casing, a cutter(220) vibrated on the mounting pieces to cut the hairs, and a vibrating motor(230) connected with the cutter. A hair fixing part(240), which is installed at a side of the cutter, fixes the hairs arranged at a side of the cutter. |
