PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously make a monthly claim even when two or more claim slip data whose claim generation dates are different include a settlement date between those claim generation dates.

SOLUTION: This accounting system 1 includes: a claim slip data generation part 14 for acquiring one or more claim slip data including date data respectively showing a claim generation date; a bill issue holding setting input accepting part 20 for accepting the input of the holding setting of bill issue for every claim slip data; a claim list data generation part 26 for selecting one or more claim slip data in response to whether or not the holding setting has been accepted from among one or more claim slip data indicating that the claim has been generated before the previous settlement date based on the date data; and a bill issuing part 30 for issuing a bill based on the selected one or more claim slip data.
