PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference in an analog signal accompanying input/output of a digital signal.

SOLUTION: The circuit device comprises: an analog processing device for performing an analog processing: a digital processing device for performing a digital processing: a circuit board in which the analog processing device and the digital processing device are mounted: a plurality of analog electrodes which is provided on one side of the circuit board, and inputs and outputs the analog signal with the analog processing device; and a plurality of digital electrodes which is provided on one side of the circuit board, and inputs and outputs the digital signal with the digital processing device. The distance of adjacent analog electrodes and adjacent digital electrodes is longer than a predetermined space among the plurality of analog electrodes and the plurality of digital electrodes.
