PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition curing type rubber composition capable of forming a silicone rubber molded article having a small compression set without carrying out a secondary heat treatment after primary curing. SOLUTION: The addition curing type rubber composition contains 0.001-5 mass% metal injury-preventing agent, and 0.001-5 mass% compound selected from the group consisting of an alcohol derivative having a carbon-carbon triple bond, an enyne compound, an alkenyl group-containing low-molecular weight organosiloxane compound and an alkyne-containing silane, as a curing retardant.
