PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard allowing detection of the presence/absence of water immersion without impairing appearance, and to provide an information device therewith. SOLUTION: A portable computer has a keyboard. The keyboard has a base part 30, a character key group 31, a function key group, and water-soluble ink 50. Each key has a key top 41 and a link part 43, and the key top 41 is provided on the base part 30 through the link part 43. The water-soluble ink 50 is printed on a cover 34 of the base part 30 to be disposed there. The water-soluble ink 50 contains a phosphor, and cannot be visually recognized by visible light.
