PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake alarm system which can quickly deliver earthquake information to a plurality of internet connected terminals. SOLUTION: The earthquake alarm system includes a sensor 11a, or the like, for observing earthquake, and transmitting earthquake center occurrence information based on observation results, and a plurality of information processing terminals SPC11, or the like. For example, each SPC 11 stores own terminal position information, including the latitude and longitude of its own terminal, and the other terminal positional information, including the latitudes and longitudes of the other SPCs or DPCs which are transfer-destinations. The SPC 11 determines the order of priority, such that the priority is given to the other terminal position information, starting in the order of their positions being farther away from the position of own terminal position.
