PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marker and a tripod adaptor which couple the laser marker and a tripod despite their simple constitutions, and reliably maintain the coupled state of the laser marker and the tripod even with their small sizes in a radial direction. SOLUTION: The laser marker is provided with: a laser marker main body 1; a coupling protrusion 12 protruding from the bottom surface of the laser marker main body 1; and the tripod adaptor 2 having an engaging part to be engaged with part of a circumferential surface of the coupling protrusion 12, and a tripod screw 31 for mounting to the tripod. The tripod adaptor 2 is provided with a lever 31 for holding the circumferential surface of the coupling protrusion 12 from the sides with the engaging part, and a lock means for locking the rotation of the lever 31 with the circumferential surfaces of the coupling protrusion 12 held by the lever 31 from both sides with the engaging part.
