PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow analytical system capable of carrying out quickly and automatically pretreatment, and capable of restraining an added pretreatment liquid to the minimum, and capable of measuring a micro amount of element in a sample liquid at real time. SOLUTION: In this flow analytical system capable of analyzing a prescribed component in the sample liquid, and provided with a pretreatment means for pretreating the sample liquid prior to analysis, the pretreatment means has a flow ratio changing means for changing time-serially a flow ratio by changing flow rates of the sample liquid and/or the pretreatment liquid, and a liquid property measuring means for measuring a liquid property of a liquid mixture of the sample liquid and the pretreatment liquid, and a liquid property determination means for determining whether the liquid propriety gets to a prescribed state or not, and the liquid mixture when brought into the prescribed state is guided to a detector for the analysis, when the liquid propriety comes to the prescribed state.
