PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weighing accuracy of a suspended rotator, use it even at a location having no large margin of suspension, and simplify its structure. SOLUTION: The suspended rotator includes a suspended rod 25 provided with a suspending hook 30 at its center; a pair of vertical right and left frames 27 and 28 connected to both ends of the suspending rod; a rotator main body provided with mechanisms 1 and 3 connected to a lower end part of both frames for holding and rotating a drum D; and a load cell 35 or a spring scale 45 for measuring the weight of the drum. Both vertical frames are connected to the suspending rod via suspension links L1 and L2, and either of the suspension links directs the load cell 35 or the spring scale 45, which are rotatably connected to an end part of the suspending rod, in a vertical direction.
