PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing having an excellent vibration damping performance. SOLUTION: The bearing has a vibration damping sleeve 5 disposed in at least one of annular clearances between the outer peripheral surface of an outer race 2 and the inner peripheral surface of a bearing case and between the inner peripheral surface of an inner race 3 and the outer peripheral surface of a shaft. At least one peripheral surface out of the outer periphery and inner periphery of the vibration damping sleeve 4 contacts a mating member through contact protruding parts 7 so that the contact area with the mating member is smaller compared with total contact.
