PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin integrally molded tibia pad fixing clip whose height is reduced without passing through a tibia pad for maintaining high protecting effects of the tibia pad. SOLUTION: The clip 1 comprises a shaft portion 5, a flange 6 for face contacting the tibia pad, and a fixed portion 14, all of which are integrally molded of a synthetic resin. To the shaft portion 5, an engaging portion 10 is connected which has a protrusion 9 for engaging with the inner wall face of a mounting hole of the tibia pad to prevent the come-off of the clip. The engaging portion 10 can rock between a protruded position and a non-protruded position. The engaging portion 10 has elasticity so that it is normally at the protruded position, rocks to the non-protruded position with external force, and is restored into the normal protruded position with no external force.
