PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrodynamic-pressure bearing device capable of positioning a plurality of bearing sleeves to an inner circumference of a housing accurately without causing faults such as damage of a radial bearing surface and deformation of the housing. SOLUTION: Molding of the radial bearing surfaces A1, A2 is conducted by using a common inner mold (a core rod 12) while the plurality of bearing sleeves 81, 82 are aligned and positioned on an inner circumference of the housing 7. Thus, the plurality of bearing sleeves 81, 82 can be provided at predetermined positions of the inner circumference of the housing 7 in an aligned state, aligning by press fitting a core pin and the like is not required and it is possible to avoid damaging the radial bearing surfaces A1, A2. As the housing 7 is shaped at the same time of molding the radial bearing surfaces A1, A2, the bearing sleeves are not pressed in the inner circumference of the housing 7 after shaping and thus it is possible to avoid deformation of the housing 7.
