QUANTITATIVE DISCHARGE APPARATUS OF STORAGE HOPPER FOR WET MATERIAL AND ITS AUXILIARY ATTACHMENT FOR DISCHARGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative discharge apparatus ensuring smooth conveyance and discharge of stored wet material in a hopper. SOLUTION: The quantitative discharge apparatus 1 is configured in which a rotating blade 2 consists of a plurality of blades 2a having a circular recess on its exterior surface, and a flexible rod 4 fixed externally is attached to the exterior surface of the recess so that the scratch motion of the flexible rod 4 on the surface of the blade is repeated by accompanying the motion of the blade 2. A dividing frame 6 is provided which deeply divides a plane face of the stored material from others in order to smoothly and continuously supply the wet material to the quantitative discharge apparatus. A discharge auxiliary attachment is configured in which a frame 6c hanging down from a lowermost part of the frame swings when an object hits the top face frame, and a reservoir load is dispersed. In addition, an inner wall is equipped with a plurality of hemispherical projections 8a, and a discharge auxiliary attachment which adheres to the inner wall and whose sheet material 8 has a small skin friction coefficient and a small contact surface with an object.
